Refund Policy
At Pixels Logo Pro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, including graphic design, web design and development, video animations, and more. Our goal is to ensure our clients are satisfied with our work. However, to protect our business and to provide clear guidelines for our transactions, we have established the following refund policy:
1. General Policy
1.1. Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods
All services provided by Pixels Logo Pro are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Once a service has been delivered. It is non-refundable.
1.2. Project Acceptance
Upon project completion, we will provide the client with an opportunity to review the work. The client must notify us of any unsatisfactory work within 7 days of receipt. Failure to provide feedback within this period will constitute acceptance of the project.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Non-Delivery of the Service
If a service has not been delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, the client is eligible for a full refund. The client must notify us in writing if the delivery is overdue to qualify for a refund.
2.2. Major Defects
In the unlikely event that there are significant defects in the service delivered, we will rectify these issues at no additional cost to the client. Requests for revisions based on major defects must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.
2.3. Non-Satisfaction
If the client is not satisfied with the final product, we will make reasonable efforts to meet the client’s expectations through revisions. Refunds will not be issued based on the client’s change of mind or dissatisfaction with the final creative product after revisions have been made.
3. Chargeback Prevention
3.1. Communication
We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns or issues directly with us. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly.
3.2. Documentation
To protect our business against fraudulent chargebacks, we maintain detailed records of all communications, project deliverables, and client approvals. These records will be provided to the merchant services in the event of a chargeback dispute.
4. Revision Policy
4.1. Included Revisions
Our service packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond those included in the package will incur additional fees.
4.2. Revision Requests
All revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the initial project delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project prior to commencement. Any deposit paid will be refunded, minus any costs incurred by Pixels Logo Pro.
5.2. Company-Initiated Cancellation
Pixels Logo Pro reserves the right to cancel any project if the client is unresponsive for a period of more than 14 days, or if the client engages in any form of abuse or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Final Acceptance
By commissioning our services, the client agrees to this refund policy. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Pixels Logo Pro. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.
